Jorgen Kristiansen has an educational background in civil engineering, and in transport infrastructure planning and design. He has obtained a PhD about the impact of transport infrastructure on regional development. During the last 25 years, Jorgen Kristiansen has been engaged in research, consultancy, monitoring and evaluation within the transport sector, both in the Danish context and internationally. Presently, he is an independent researcher.
